Place the oats, almond butter, blueberries, ½ the almonds, cinnamon, honey, and salt in the bowl of a food processor. Process until combined, and the mixture holds together when scooped into a ball.
Place the remaining chopped almonds in a small tray or on a plate.
Using a small scoop or spoon, scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture out and form into a ball. Roll in the chopped almonds until covered.
Continue with the rest of the mixture. Store energy bites in an air-tight container.
