Instructions
Preheat oven to 250℉. Line a sheet pan with foil or parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Place the almonds in a bowl and drizzle honey over them. Stir until the almonds are completely coated with the honey.
Place the almonds on the prepared pan and space them apart to give them room on all sides.
Place in the oven and roast for about 30 minutes. The almonds should be browned and crispy.
Allow them to cool, then store them in an airtight container. They will last for 1-2 weeks if stored correctly.
