Sweet and smoky fruit, combined with creamy burrata cheese, over mixed greens, makes a refreshing summer salad. Enjoy it as a main dish or as a side with grilled pork or seafood.
Put vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper in a small mason jar and shake to combine.
Grill Fruit
Clean or scrape the grill well. Brush with canola oil. Preheat grill to 425℉ to 450℉.
Cut peaches in half and brush with canola oil.
Place peaches, cut side down, on the prepared grill grates. Place cherries in a grill basket and place on the grill. Close the lid and let them cook for about 5 -10 minutes. Shake the grill basket every few minutes. Leave the peaches until they are done. About 10 minutes and you will be able to lift them easily from the grill with grill marks.
Place the salad greens in a large bowl. Top with the peach halves, cherries, farro and walnuts. Place the burrata in the middle and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
