Favorite Ingredients
Most of the ingredients I use in my recipes can be found in your local grocery store. There are a few that you may need to order online or find in a specialty market. These are a few that I like to keep on hand.

Vanilla Beans
Use these to make vanilla extract (Recipe here: (https://www.lauramali.com/vanilla-extract/) You can find these on Amazon or Penzy's spices.

Cocktail Syrups
Cocktail syrups are fun to play around with and can be used for more than just refreshing cocktails or mocktails. I've tried the Liquid Alchemist and love the varieties they have and the flavor they provide.

Baking Products
While you can find many of the King Arthur flours in many local grocery stores, their website has a variety of other ingredients for baking including specialty extracts and flavors, sour dough starters and many gluten free options.

Bob's Red Mill
Bob's Red Mill products can also be found in many grocery stores but they offer additional specialty products on their website including protein powders, seeds, beans and egg replacers. I love that they are employee owned!

Penzy's Spices
For the freshest spices my go to is Penzy's. I love perusing their store when I can get there, but ordering online is another option. They also have an amazing selection of gift boxes.

Spiceology
There are a well over 100 seasoning blends and spices from this innovative company. From this Smoky Honey Habanero blend to an all purpose Pink Peppercorn Lemon Thyme blend, you'll have more options than you know what to do with! Use these to spice up any meal.
