There are thousands of books available. It’s hard to sift through to know which are the best or worth spending money on. The books I list here are a few of my favorites that focus on healthy eating to support your heart, brain, and overall health as you age. Most of these are written by colleagues, so I know they are well researched, and the recipes included have been tested and are delicious.
